In this comprehensive class we use the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac and chair with some Pilates mat elements. This class is perfect for advanced participants. The class can be adapted accordingly to the participants needs. This is an really advanced level. If you are not sure if you could participate in that class, please contact the teacher to discuss your situation.
