Pilates Reformer practice utilizes a bed-like frame with adjustable springs to provide resistance as you move the carriage, in order to effectively target small muscle groups and promote long and lean muscles.

In group classes, we also incorporate the Cadillac and Chair, whereas in private sessions we also use the Ladder Barrel or Ped-o-Pull for specific needs and goals. 

Pilates Matwork uses body weight and small equipment resistance. Our Pilates Mat Group Classes are combined of classical Pilates and contemporary exercises using small props like balls, weights or Thera bands and stretching exercises.  

Pilates classes for expectant and new mothers: Prenatal sessions prepare for childbirth and keep you fit during pregnancy. Postnatal classes focus on recovery, beginning around six weeks postpartum.
