If you are a beginner or new to the world of Pilates, we recommend booking a private trial session to a reduced price. If you already have done Pilates on machines before, you are welcome to book a group class directly. If you prefer a private introductory session to familiarize yourself with the Pilates method and to define your training goals with your instructor, please reserve a private introductory session. The introductory private session offer for new clients is available only once.

Bring water and wear comfortable clothing for your workout. For hygiene reasons, we kindly request that you wear grip socks for a secure grip on the machines or regular socks. You may bring a towel for yourself after the workout, but it is not necessary to use a towel on the machines as we sanitize them after each workout (see the sanitary measures).

Yes, there are free parking spaces available for clients in front of the studio. There are also parking spaces available on the street. You can use the blue disc, which allows you to park anywhere for two hours free of charge. If you don't have a blue disc yet, you can find them in some shops or at the ACL store. As it's a small studio, we ask you kindly to optimize your arrival time (max. 5 minutes before beginning of the class). Please note that our studio is located on the -1 floor of the house, accessible by stairs.
