How do I join a live stream class? To join the class: You will receive an email with a link to the class via Zoom. You do not need to install Zoom on your device. Click on the link in the mail. Position your device where it shows you clearly and the instructor can visually correct you (if you want to be seen), and be sure you can see the instructor on the screen in a place where you don't need to keep turning your head. Use the biggest screen possible - laptops are better than phones. The best way is to cast /mirror your device to a TV. Turn audio on or wear wireless earphones. Check your audio in advance as this will be the most important to hear us clearly. Be sure you have a safe space of 2 meters by 2 meters.

What do I need for an Apparatus class?Bring water and wear comfortable clothes for your workout. For hygienic reasons we ask you to wear sticky socks for a good grip on the machines or just normal socks. You can bring a towel for yourself after the workout but there is no need to use a towel on the machines as we disinfect the machines after each workout (see sanitary measures).

I have never done Pilates before. What course should I choose? You can enroll in a Pilates Reformer Level 1 class if you're accustomed to exercising. We strongly recommend taking a private trial class to a reduced price so that we can discuss Pilates concepts, your goals, and ensure you have the fundamentals for a group class. Feel free to contact us via email or phone if you'd like to schedule your first private session.
