Detailed Class Schedule

Vinyasa Yoga for Back & Mind

This one-hour class offers a balanced fusion of the Ghosh lineage and the Ashtanga Vinyasa system, with a strong focus on cultivating inner stillness through the use of bandha (energy locks), drishti (gaze), and breath awareness as primary tools.

The practice emphasizes the activation of the spine in all five directions: forward bends, backbends, lateral stretches, twists, and flexion. All levels of practitioners are warmly welcomed to join!

Reformer Classes

Reformer Leudelange

In our Reformer class, we utilize the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, and chair, integrating some Pilates mat exercises as needed. The class is adaptable to accommodate the needs of participants. 3 reformers available.

Reformer Pontpierre

Pilates Mat

Our Pilates mat classes incorporate various small equipment such as gymnastic balls, dumbbells, elastic bands, or magic circles, in addition to bodyweight exercises. These classes are open to individuals of all skill levels.
