Service Description

In this comprehensive class we use the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac and chair with some Pilates mat elements. The rhythm of this class is slow but we will do more repetitions than usually and therefore the exercises are very intense. This class is perfect for advanced participants. If you are not sure if you could participate in that class, please contact the teacher to discuss your situation.
