Service Description

This Pilates Mat Class fuses classical Pilates, using small material like gymnastic balls, stretch bands etc. provided by the teacher, with Fitness and stretching exercises to work out all parts of your body. - This class is suitable for all levels. - Payment per trimester - Start date: 17/09/2025 - End date: 17/12/2025 - Class will be in French - NO CLASS the 08/10/2025 - Includes 13 sessions (16€ per session only) - Bring your own mat!!! - Location: Salle des fêtes "An Haffen", 13, rue des Trois Cantons, L-3980 Wickrange
