Pilates Strength mat

Service Description

In this class we will use small equipment like weights, elastics, soft balls or magic circles on the mat. During the class we work all parts of the body and we also include some stretching in the end. The class is safe for anybody as we adapt the exercises to the bodies. Bring you own mat.
