PILATES REFORMER - SOLO

Service Description

In this comprehensive private session we use the complete Pilates equipment (Reformer, Cadillac and Chair) combined with some mat exercises. In private sessions we can better focus on personal objectives and needs. This format is good if you have particular issues you want to address like back pain, neck/shoulder issues, you just had a baby or if you just had and operation and want to work on rehabilitation, etc.). If you prefer working in a private format, then we can build a personalized training plan adapted to your needs.
