Service Description

This Mat Class is based on classical Pilates exercises with gymnastic balls, stretch bands or other small material provided by the teacher. Additionally, we will add Fitness and stretching exercises to work out all parts of your body. - This class is suitable for anyone. - Payment per trimester - Start date: 15/01/2025 - End date: 02/04/2025 - NO CLASS during school holidays 19/02/2025 - Includes 11 sessions (15€ per session only) - Bring your own mat!!! - Location: Salle des fêtes "An Haffen", 13, rue des Trois Cantons, L-3980 Wickrange
