This Pilates Mat Class fuses classical Pilates, using small material like gymnastic balls, stretch bands etc. provided by the teacher, with Fitness and stretching exercises to work out all parts of your body. - This class is suitable for all levels - Start date: 15/04/2026 - End date: 15/07/2026 - NO CLASS during the school holidays 27/05/2026 - Class will be taught in FRENCH - Payment per trimester - Includes remaining 4 sessions (16€ per session only) - Bring your own mat!!! - Location: Salle des fêtes "An Haffen", 13, rue des Trois Cantons, L-3980 Wickrange
