We offer live streaming Pilates mat classes. It's safe, it's from your home.

For private/duo Apparatus classes the following sanitary measures apply:

• There is a hand sanitizer in the room, please clean your hands before exercising;

• As you enter the room, please remove your shoes and place them in the indicated section;

• We recommend to wear socks while walking through the room. 

• Machines are placed 2 meters distance from each other;

• After each class the teacher will disinfect the equipment.

  

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If you don't feel well and have symptoms of fever, a cold or even allergies please do not come to the studio. If any student arrives to the studio with these symptoms they will be asked to leave to avoid taking any unnecessary risks.
